Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (refer to Section 7) or in cases where the Company is unable to fulfil its obligations. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@activeclinics.co.uk

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during appointments and while on the premises of Active Clinics Ltd. Any inappropriate behaviours may result in immediate termination of services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel appointments without charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients are charged 30% fee for not showing up for the appointments
Clients are charged 10% fee for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

Cancellation by Active Clinics Ltd

The Company reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or other reasons. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments at the client’s convenience.

Changes to Terms

Active Clinic may update these terms and conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be indicated.
